I was able to express myself to him and give my honest opinion, which he appreciated, and he adjusted his approach so that it worked for what I wanted based on where I wanted to be. When it came to accountability, he checked in to see how things were going because he knows life gets hard at times and stress can get the best of us. He motivated me and told me what needed to be heard to ensure I stayed focused. He was incredible at ensuring I was doing well mentally, because stress can get the best of us, but that’s okay.
